They own it all if you don't object. USC 12>411 states clearly you can redeem fed notes in lawful us currency. I have a 'lien' on my employer until he pays me in substance [gold or silver]. I have payed with my labor for everything so it is mine and can't be liened by the Fed who gave NO VALUE to me. Don't believe it, ask the DMV to claim they own your car and see if they will. Failure to show proof of claim in 21 days will result in default judgment in my favor. They put nothing of value.

Remember, when you talk about admiralty, make sure you refer to LEGAL terms and definitions, because the law society claims that "legalese" (funny how that word didn't register as incorrect to my spell checker) is NOT English, although it may appear so. Therefore, a translator (Lawyer, Legal Dictionary, Counsel) is required to understand such. Yeah, it's BS, I know, but it's THEIR society after all. Good thing those are voluntary. :D

Ron McDonald's book is good, but also check out Bill Thornton's material on 1215 org on how they get juris-diction over you. Check out Bill Thornton's audio seminars too, and how to establish your standing (locus standi) as "one of the people" of your state and "courts of record" (courts proceeding according to the common law) to protect your natural and unalienable rights and freedoms at common law. Stand free and sovereign as one of the people ( - a sovereign), NOT as a 'citizen' (subject).
