You're right the government takes from people who work (the middle class) and gives to people who don't work (the rich investment class). The government subsidises corproations heavily through the fed. The rich leech off the government more than any welfare queens. Repubicans fight to keep it that way. For example I can't buy a casino pay myself a huge bonus and then file bankrupcy like Donald Trump or screw thousands of people and then get a huge bailout like Bush's TARP.
