He was a good man. I'm glad he's not around to see the filth being fed to kids now days, on TV AND at school.
ErikAllenAwake Says:
The way the Senator warms up to him and speaks about having goosebumps... we need more men like Fred Rogers. He was an absolute treasure. A genuine role model for children and adults alike.
LIGHTRONIX Says:
His demeanor is so contagious, all I can do is smile and puke rainbows while listening to him. Makes me want to go talk about my feelings with someone...

As much as I would like this to be true, he was most definitely never a Marine and never had any tattoos.

Hey non-Christians,take a hint....if you're tired Christians being critical and judgmental, have less people like Kyran. See how that works? Goes both ways.
jtnoodle Says:
Meanwhile, non Christians can conduct themselves as they see fit and behave how ever they want while Christians can't criticize? Hmm...nice hypocrisy there. Very dictatorial at that.

Cheers.
Jennafu832 Says:
That's a wonderful thing to say, jesuriah. It makes me proud that we were all able to have him as a role model. Also, I want you to know that I don't think you're "militant", nor do I think you should be belittled for your beliefs.
JustAnotherPest Says:
I can only imagine how the Corporation their battle plan for this. "Okay, we need this to go through so we can continue funding things. We need to pull out all the stops, send in the big guns. Ideas?" "Send in Mr. Rogers."
jesuriah Says:
I'm one of the so-called militant atheists. I doubt even Christopher Hitchens or Madelyn Marie O'hare would have had an unkind thing to say about Fred Rogers.
